ARTICLE 4-CONDITIONS REGARDING MEMBERSHIP:

  4.1 Membership Application

4.1.5. The member declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read and accepted the terms of the agreement carefully, that he/she has the ability to keep a copy of the membership agreement if he wishes, and that he/she can easily access the changes or additions, data transfers and terms of service that may be made from time to time. Changes or additions made to the contract conditions are presented to the member for his/her first visit to www.propolisaricilik.com.tr. 4.2 Beginning of Membership

The member will be able to start benefiting from propolisaricilik.com.tr services once his membership is accepted and initiated.

 4.3 Using Member Account

4.3.1. Each member can only have one member account. Member account can only be used to benefit from the services defined in this agreement. The member may not use the services and/or member account offered by propolisaricilik.com.tr in any way that is against the law and general morality, in a way that is disturbing to others, or for the purposes of selling the service to others and/or generating income, whether commercial or non-commercial, and/or for the purpose of this agreement. 4.3.2. propolisaricilik.com.tr has the right to immediately terminate the membership(s) of any member who violates this provision and/or has more than one membership, without any notice. In cases where it cannot be determined whether the member has the qualifications stipulated in the legislation or this Agreement, the membership may be suspended or canceled immediately by propolisaricilik.com.tr until this deficiency is corrected.

4.4 Email address and password

The Member declares, accepts and undertakes that propolisaricilik.com.tr does not have any responsibility if any notification sent to the registered contact addresses by propolisaricilik.com.tr does not reach him/her due to technical reasons.

4.4.2 The obligation to protect the e-mail address and password to be used by the member and all responsibility regarding its use belong to the member. The member declares, accepts and undertakes that the transactions and orders to be placed after logging into the system with his e-mail address and password will be binding on him.

4.4.3 Compensating propolisaricilik.com.tr for any damage suffered by propolisaricilik.com.tr in case propolisaricilik.com.tr suffers any damage due to the use of the member's e-mail address and/or password by third parties or makes any payment due to disputes arising from this reason. and/or has the right to recourse the payment made to the member. In addition to these practices, propolisaricilik.com.tr always reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend memberships that it suspects or detects to be used by third parties.

4.4.4 The member has the right to change his password at any time. The member can perform the necessary operations for password change from the relevant section at www.propolisaricilik.com.tr. If the member forgets his password, he can retrieve his password by calling customer services or by following the instructions at www.propolisaricilik.com.tr.

4.4.5 The e-mail address notified to propolisaricilik.com.tr cannot be changed, if propolisaricilik.com.tr; It may request the member to change its e-mail address or change the password due to changes to its systems, security reasons and/or any other reason. The member undertakes to comply with requests to change his e-mail address. If any changes occur, propolisaricilik.com.tr will notify the member of the change via SMS or e-mail. The member accepts, declares and undertakes to comply with the changes notified to him by propolisaricilik.com.tr.

4.5 Personal Information of the Member

4.5.1 Personal information may be requested from the member both at the beginning and during the continuation of membership. The member's declared name, surname, T.R. identification number, date of birth and information received for the security of the member; It cannot be changed by the member. Other than these, personal information of the member can be changed by the member; For this, the member is obliged to pass the security check without any problems and verify his/her identity information.

4.5.2 Member; The personal information (name, surname, address, age, e-mail address, identification number, contact number, etc.) that is the subject of this contract and kept in the propolisaricilik.com.tr database, orders and member movements are processed statistically by fingersoketi.com. 4.5.4 By accepting the terms of this agreement, the Member accepts and undertakes that both propolisaricilik.com.tr and the competent authorities have the right to question any personal information they provide and the transactions they make during use, and that they will provide the necessary information in detail upon request.

4.6 Termination of Membership

4.6.1 If propolisaricilik.com.tr suspects and/or detects that the member account is being used by third parties, the member account may be closed and/or this agreement may be terminated by propolisaricilik.com.tr without any notice. In these cases, the member has no right to claim compensation or any similar claims.

4.6.2 propolisaricilik.com.tr may terminate the membership without giving any reason, if it deems necessary. The member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will not claim any damages or compensation under any name whatsoever regarding the termination of his/her membership. Expired membership information continues to be stored in the propolisaricilik.com.tr database for a period of time determined by propolisaricilik.com.tr.

4.6.3 The member may unilaterally close the member account at any time. The member can terminate his/her membership from the relevant page after completing the membership login to www.propolisaricilik.com.tr. In addition, the member may request the termination of the member account by submitting a written request for termination of membership to propolisaricilik.com.tr customer services. Membership ends as soon as propolisaricilik.com.tr completes the procedures regarding termination of membership after the member submits his/her request to propolisaricilik.com.tr. propolisaricilik.com.tr has the right to ask the reason for terminating the membership. The member can restart his/her terminated membership by contacting customer service. In this case, the membership initiated is treated as a new membership, independent of the previous membership.

4.6.4 If the member account is closed; He accepts, declares and undertakes that he does not have any rights and/or receivables from propolisaricilik.com.tr and that he cannot claim any compensation or similar claims regarding this situation.

ARTICLE 5 - TERMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE:

5.1 The Member may request to purchase the product/service offered through www.propolisaricilik.com.tr, in accordance with the price and conditions specific to that product/service. propolisaricilik.com.tr reserves the right to make changes in terms of quality or quantity in the products or services it offers on its website. The images on the website may differ from reality. This difference may also occur in packaging, size and other methods across the region or country. If the order is confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to the member's registered e-mail address by e-mail and by SMS to his mobile phone. 5.4 The member is solely responsible for the transactions made through the member account. Any damage, loss and all liability incurred by the member and propolisaricilik.com.tr due to the failure to collect the fees subject to the order placed by the member in full and properly belongs to the member. The member declares, accepts and undertakes that propolisaricilik.com.tr does not have any legal liability in case of incorrect action.

5.6 The Member accepts and undertakes that he/she will not claim rights under any name due to the service received being interrupted and/or not continuing where it left off, due to service disruptions that may occur due to unforeseen system crashes, errors and deficiencies caused by hardware or software. In case of such a situation, propolisaricilik.com.tr will take all necessary precautions to eliminate the problem as soon as possible.

5.7 propolisaricilik.com.tr may change or cancel the conditions regarding the services provided at www.propolisaricilik.com.tr or through this address at any time, or add new ones to these service channels. propolisaricilik.com.tr does not undertake that the product or service offered is a seasonal product or seasonal service.

If this fee changes, propolisaricilik.com.tr undertakes to share this information with the member.

ARTICLE 6- ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

 6.1 Acceptance of this agreement also means acceptance of the terms of use of all relevant areas of the www.propolisaricilik.com.tr website.

6.2 The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she can benefit from campaigns and promotions within the framework of the usage/benefit conditions determined by propolisaricilik.com.tr. propolisaricilik.com.tr reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the campaign and promotion application and general terms of use at any time.

6.3. The member undertakes to use the advantages such as discounts and gift vouchers that he/she has gained during the membership in any way, within the periods specific to these advantages and, in any case, until the date the membership ends for any reason. Advantages not used within the said period will disappear and the member will not have any right to claim. The advantages gained cannot be converted into cash in any way.

6.4 propolisaricilik.com.tr has the right to offer different offers to members, taking into account ordering and behavior analysis in its campaigns and promotions or general practices, and to carry out and/or make changes in the loyalty programs it implements at times it determines. All these applications are valid within the periods determined by propolisaricilik.com.tr.

ARTICLE 7 - RESPONSIBILITY:

 7.1 In order for members to benefit from the services offered by propolisaricilik.com.tr, they may be required to register and use software programs provided by third parties. In this case, if there is a conflict between the terms of use of software programs provided by third parties and the terms of this agreement, the terms of this agreement will prevail.

7.2 In accordance with this agreement; The scope of services offered to the member may be expanded or narrowed or the services may be stopped by propolisaricilik.com.tr at any time and unilaterally. propolisaricilik.com.tr reserves the right to make changes to the articles contained in this agreement. For this reason, the member accepts that the scope of service provided to him/her with this agreement is not a commitment and may change.

7.3 All rights to use all written, illustrated, audio-graphic and/or non-existent materials on www.propolisaricilik.com.tr are reserved. The Member shall not use and/or make available any visual and audio materials related to the services and products offered to him by propolisaricilik.com.tr and their presentations in any way without the written permission of propolisaricilik.com.tr, and shall not use these materials in personal and public media. accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will not use, publish and/or have the right to market them. 7.4 All regulations set out in this agreement and stipulating the irresponsibility of propolisaricilik.com.tr will be valid in cases where there is no gross fault or fraud on the part of propolisaricilik.com.tr. propolisaricilik.com.tr; It reserves the right to recourse to the member any damages it may incur regarding the issues that are under the member's responsibility within the scope of this agreement, together with all its accessories, and to take legal action.

7.5 The fact that members have not exercised any of their rights arising from both the legislation and this agreement due to their failure to comply with the rules and conditions that they are obliged to comply with in accordance with this agreement will not mean that propolisaricilik.com.tr has waived these rights.

ARTICLE 8 - COMMON PROVISIONS:

 8.1 Since this membership relationship is formed in a virtual environment; The contract comes into force upon submission of a membership application request and acceptance of the application by propolisaricilik.com.tr. The contract date is the date of acceptance of the application by propolisaricilik.com.tr following the membership application request.

8.2 The Member cannot transfer or assign its rights and obligations arising from this agreement to third parties in any way.

8.3 The Member accepts in advance the validity of the records kept by propolisaricilik.com.tr regarding the membership application, and in any dispute that may arise between the Member, all kinds of records, documents and books of propolisaricilik.com.tr and all kinds of computer and sound recordings, micro films. and microfiches will constitute the sole and definitive evidence and will be binding, that this article is an evidence contract within the scope of Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and that propolisaricilik.com.tr absolves itself from the offer of oath.

8.4 The Parties accept and declare that the Law of the Republic of Turkey will be applied in resolving disputes arising from the application and interpretation of this agreement and that the competent judicial authority is Kocaeli Central Court and Enforcement Offices.

8.5 Unless the Member states otherwise in writing, the Member accepts and declares that the address declared in the "Member Information" field is the legal notification address and that written notifications to this address will have all the legal consequences of legally valid notification. propolisaricilik.com.tr accepts and declares that, unless otherwise stated at www.propolisaricilik.com.tr, the address specified in this Agreement is the legal notification address and written notifications to this address will have all the legal consequences of legally valid notification.

This Agreement consists of 8 (eight) articles. The person who wishes to become a member accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she has read the entire agreement and unconditionally accepts and approves all its contents.
